How To Obtain Support


The Lee County School District Technology Department strives to provide technology service and support that a world class school district requires. The following information will assist you in obtaining the most effective and efficient support.

Procedures For All School Staff

The first step should always be to contact your principal or designated tech support person at your school. They can generally assist you, and if additional support is required, they are able to contact the tech team for additional support.  

It is best to have one person act as the point of contact so that we don't receive multiple reports of the same issue from different people. Once we have the first report of an urgent issue, we will be working to resolve the issue and may not field further calls or emails on the same subject. A central contact helps everyone stay informed while we work to resolve the issue.
